This year we are celebrating 5 YEARS (!!) of the strawberry museum! 🍓✨ The application for submitting your strawberry art is LIVE and linked in our bio/website. The deadline to submit is Sunday, May 24th.

The strawberry museum celebration officially begins Friday, June 5th 🤠🍓 with events happening all month with friends & more!

Strawberries are already coming in from our friends at ! We got 30 flats this week to start prepping!!! If you’re interested in ordering pints or flats plz DM for now! 🍓

The most common question we get is…what the heck is zuckercreme & the strawberry museum?

Zuckercreme is our ice cream & strawberry shop in Portland — aka home of the strawberry museum!

We’re open year-round, and yes… we’re always strawberry-themed! Along with our themed gift shop, we have a year-round strawberry cafe & ice cream menu that’s always in season. We work with Pablo Muñoz Farms to prep and process as many berries during peak season as we can to feature in our menu all year long.

So what’s different about june?

Summer & Strawberries are here! To celebrate, we go all out and launch the official Strawberry Museum Celebration:

🍯 honey fig! super excited for this one because it uses all the figs & leaves i processed from my tree!! honey ice cream steeped in fig leaves & swirled with homemade fig jam

🍓🎪 strawberry circus! strawberry cake batter ice cream swirled with frosted animal crackers, rainbow sprinkles, & circus animal crumble

🍩 pandan jelly donut!! a special collab with 💚 we steeped the ice cream with sophia’s yeasted pandan donuts & fresh pandan leaves & then swirled with our homemade strawberry jam

🍏 caramel apple cider crunch! apple cider ice cream swirled with apple cider caramel made from kiyokawa orchard’s cider & brown sugar cinnamon waffle cone crunch
