This deeply relaxing event will fully support your nervous system and fortify your spirit.

Being alive on this planet right now…having our eyes open…and witnessing what is happening in the world requires all of us, all of the time. The world is loud, crying out, screaming out, in fact.

If we are going to sustain, keep our vision clear, keep fighting the systems of oppression…taking a beat and stopping every now and then to really clear the windshield is vital. Sinking into deep relaxation - wherever and whenever you can - not only feels good, but is the medicine we need to keep us moving forward.

Come let your spirit EXHALE while you sink deeply into the now, nourishing and fortifying your cells as they relax so deeply with ethereal sounds paired with healing touch.

Sound will be faciliated by myself and will utilize Crystal Singing Bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, and nature-based instruments and sounds.

Massage will be offered by MaryJane Remer-Veatch, LMT, my wonderful neighbor and healer in the Woodstock neighborhod of SE Portland!

MaryJane has been a licensed massage therapist for over 11 years, living and practicing in the Woodstock neighborhood. She offers sessions rooted in presence, intuitive touch, and deep listening. With a reverence for the body’s innate wisdom, her work invites soft tissue and energetic release, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves more deeply. Each massage is a collaborative offering—an opportunity for the body to speak, be heard, and soften.
