One thing I have noticed as I mange my inflammatory scalp condition is that stress makes me flare. And not just the initial stressor, I find that I'm a ruminator. In light of this, I have found 5 things that stop this rumination.

3.) Breathwork
4.) Essential oils
5.) Don't over commit
