The forklift operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift in the warehouse as well as loading and unloading trucks. This position ensures all transactions are accurately entered into the existing ERP, moves materials both physically and in the ERP system to ensure location accuracy and will stage materials for the Batching team.

Moves lever and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. Inspecting the forklift before initial use. Fill and maintain all propane tanks and accessories.
Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material
Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and material availability
Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications
Arranges in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules. Computes amount of material required to complete job orders
Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status and location of materials
Moves or transports materials from one department to another. Arranges for repair and assembly of material or part
Monitors and controls movement of material
Skills & Abilities

Communication - must have strong written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
Control Precision - the ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine of a vehicle to exact positions
Multi-limb Coordination - the ability to coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs or one leg and one arm) while sitting or standing
Far Vision - the ability to see details at a distance
Manual Dexterity - the ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm or your two hands to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects
Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent is required
1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience operating a Forklift is required
Certified Forklift Operator License is Required
Knowledge of OSHA Safety Standards and Regulations
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
Possesses a high regard for safety in the workplace is required

The Sanitation Technician is responsible to ensure the equipment, conveyors, and facility are cleaned and verifying that all cleaning practices are being followed. This position will clean and/or sanitize all equipment including food contact surfaces following strict standard operating procedures, strict good manufacturing procedures, and strict food safety laws and accurately document the procedures. Will perform cleaning and sanitation duties for multiple departments under time-sensitive conditions.

Essential Functions

Cleans the beverage processing equipment and manufacturing equipment, COP (clean out of place), and CIP (clean in place).
Removes machine guards and accessories.
Cleans floors and conveyors around machines.
Uses floor scrubber/sweeper in warehouse areas.
Pasteurizer cleaning.
Pressure washing.
Grease removal under fillers.

The Production Technician is responsible for performing all tasks associated with production equipment in a safe manner, keeping quality and efficiency in mind. You will troubleshoot and report all deviations from standard operating parameters and procedures to the shift team, and work with the team to solve the issue by determining root cause. In this position, the Production Technician will complete all documentation as required by our standard operating procedures in order to remain in compliance with all governing bodies.

Essential Functions

Observes machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products.
Regulates machine flow, speed, or temperature.
Stops or resets machines when malfunctions occur.
Ensures all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices.
Completes required production paperwork accurately.
Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years manufacturing environment.
Food & Beverage experience a plus.
Proven problem-solving ability required.
Location: Clackamas, Oregon

Shift: 6:00am-6:30pm
