Designed by , brookLAND is a 166-unit apartment project in SE Portland's Brooklyn neighborhood. The building leverages a uniquely shaped site by providing several atriums with outdoor vantage points available at every floor. Focused on resident’s wellness, most units will have light and air on both sides, providing an unparalleled living experience. ​​​​​​​​

In the heart of Portland's Beaumont Village neighborhood, The Bridgetown offers 50 eco-friendly apartments, five interactive retail spaces and sweeping views of Mt Hood and Mt St Helens.
