and I are heading back to Prana Del Mar this March for our week long Heart & Soul Embodiment Retreat.
We had such a nourishing, uplifting, and soulful week last year. I cannot wait to be with the next group of wonderful people who will join us this year.
Cathleen brings her energy medicine teachings and yin yoga classes and I offer a vinyasa class each morning.
This isn't the kind of retreat where you're going to be put on the spot or expected to undergo any "deep" or "transformative" healing that your system is not ready for. It's truly an opportunity to restore your connection with yourself, mind body and spirit, and come into community with others. Hopefully you learn some things along the way that you can take with you into the real world when you're not on a gorgeous beach in Mexico.
The food at Prana Del Mar is unmatched and the body work is superior to anything I've ever experienced.
