Looking back on 2023 Catering Season and reminiscing all of the island weddings and what a blast they were! The Hurricane Weekend Wedding will be one we never forget- getting food and staff on an island with 36 hours notice before the boats couldn’t be out at sea. Then feeding 150+ people in a World War II bunker to avoid the storm. This one made it to The NY Times. Very proud of our team still.
