Here’s what I know:
The deeper your dream, the louder your fear.
And for me, that dream has always been music.

But I spent most of my life telling myself it wasn’t safe to go after it.
That I needed guarantees, permission, a perfect plan.
Spoiler alert: that plan never came.

What did come?
A choice.
To let go of control.
To stop micromanaging my path.
To trust that what’s meant for me will meet me once I start walking toward it.

You don’t need to have all the answers.
You just need the courage to take one step —
even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.

True perfection is a result of showing up as you are with an open heart. That is the most impressive act.

I have to be honest with you…playing keys and singing at the same time is not something I feel very confident about. I’ve been working at it slowly but I’m often afraid to just show up as I am, knowing that I want to be better.

So I’ve decided to give myself permission to show you exactly where I’m at in my journey. It’s ok for me to be mediocre, to be trying but not “there” yet. And I think that might be far more interesting to you anyways!
