The rich ruling is a given, let’s not focus on that, but this is why I stress paying your debt(s). You will always be a “servant” to a lender by owing them money. With interest! 🤦🏾‍♂️

Debt(s) slows down your wealth accumulation. You may hear many people talk about good debt and bad debt; debt is debt to me.

Debt: something, typically money, that is owed or due.

You owe someone or something. The longer you have that debt, the longer you will be a “servant” to the lender. Then your children become servants. And their children. Do you see the cycle? Pay it off. Start building on a solid foundation.
