Requirements of the job include:

· Meet Metro West motor vehicle record standards

· Ability to pass pre-employment/routine drug screen

· 25 years in age

Job duties:

· Transport non-emergency patients to and from appointments by assisting them door to door; loading and unloading patients and belongings; safely driving the vehicle.

· Follow manifest by the schedule or special requests

· Maintain all HIPPA regulations
