This Plastic Free July, here’s a party fact that surprises a lot of people. 💡

Paper plates seem like a great choice, but most have a hidden plastic coating to stop them going soggy. So they’re not quite as plastic-free as they look.

The UK has banned single-use plastic plates, cutlery and bowls, yet plastic coated paper plates are still allowed. It’s an easy one to miss, and totally understandable if you didn’t know!

The good news? Party kits make choosing reuse simple. 💚
