Lane is a 25-year-old artist who has been experimenting with art for as long as they can remember, from 2D to 3D forms; you can find drawings, paintings, prints, sculptures, and metalwork from their hands.
Recently finding the most inspiration from kinetic art, they have been experimenting with creating mobiles and other interactive pieces yet to come. Lane also offers custom commissions through their art account on Instagram, , and is , as well as starting to teach metal smithing and jewelry making right here at Past Lives Makerspace.

Long-time Past Lives member Jacqueline Sowell traded a fear of hot things for the thrill of moving metal. Fast-forward just a handful of years to today, and incredible metal animal sculptures constantly spring to life in our Metal Shop when Jacqueline's on hand.
