TTD has PRIDE! There was so much magic at our staff Pride Picnic. Together, we celebrated the joy and honored the resilience of the LGBTQIA+ Rights Movement and continued the conversation on how we can support survivors of ALL identities. Say it loud, say it proud; this month and every day of the year! 💜🌈

Today is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. Abuse in later life, sometimes known as ‘Elder Abuse,’ occurs in all communities. It affects people of all ethnic, cultural, racial, economic, and religious backgrounds. TTD collaborates with community partners to enhance safety for all victims.

TTD provides advocacy services to address the needs of people ages 50 or older who are experiencing or have experienced emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or sexual abuse. The abusive person may be a spouse, former spouse, partner, adult child, extended family member, or caregiver. Every older adult has the right to live free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
