Asian American Town

At first I was not going to comment because sometimes I do too quickly. Things are always more complicated and nuanced than can be shared publicly especially through social media.

However, I want to encourage Asian American Girl Club to be brave and step back from their deal. Imagine having anyone from the Asian community going into a Target just to get harassed or possibly taken is a real concern.

My thoughts go out to everyone in our community wrestling with the complicated implications of what we are seeing and hope you are taking measures to stay safe. Pay attention illegal/legal however you want to phrase it if you are Asian you need to take precautions.
