There are two popular ways to ride the Virginia Creeper Trail, one is to be shuttled to the top of White Mountain and leisurely coast to the bottom. The other option is to start at the bottom and pedal up hill for the duration of your trip. I encourage you (if you are able) to take the road less traveled….it makes the smooth traverse to the bottom so much more enjoyable.
