The Atlantic City Style Tuna Hoagie-
Our tuna hoagie is inspired by the great tuna hoagies of the southern Jersey shore. Our favorites like Dino’s of Margate & White House of Atlantic City make the best, no nonsense, tuna hoagies; this is our homage to them. Our crusty, seeded roll is the start with mild provolone cheese and arugula building the perfect foundation for our tuna salad. Albacore tuna, red onion, celery, mayo, salt and pepper, that is all; we then finish simply with thinly sliced raw red onion and our crushed hot cherry peppers.
