Full Body F30 workout: 15-minutes 🥵🔥

1️⃣Squat + front raise x 30s
2️⃣Reverse Lunge + Bicep curl c 30s
3️⃣Bent over Rows x 30s
4️⃣Dumbell chop right x 30s
5️⃣Dumbell Chop Left x 30s

4 rounds/ Rest 60-90s between rounds

Warm-up:
20 High knee
20 jumping jacks
10 push ups
10 squats

💪🏽🥵Workout:
15 minute AMRAP

Put 15 minutes on the clock and complete as many rounds of:

5 burpees
10 squats
5 burpees
10 Plank Shoulder Taps
5 Burpees
20 Lunges
