Our Story
Revive Community Commons is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to creating community hubs in partnership with historic places of worship. We believe well-connected communities are a vital part of a healthy society, and beautiful underutilized historic churches make wonderful homes for community life.
Revive was founded in Portland, Oregon in 2015 by Lauren Moomaw, the former Program Director of Taborspace, to expand the successful Taborspace model to other historic churches and their neighborhoods.
We want you to join us! Your tax-exempt donation will support the development of community hubs throughout the Portland area, helping to create more resilient communities while supporting historic preservation.
