Another great UK review for The Cutting, this one from The Daily Mail one of the largest newspapers in the country. Starting to get a swelled head.
THRILLERS This crackling debut from a former New York advertising man packs a terrific punch, and comes complete with pace and panache, but it is dark meat. Hayman doesn’t write for the fainthearted.

The Cutting...same book, new cover...comes out in the UK this week. Penguin UK is introducing McCabe to British readers with lots of great display in some of the top stores and supermarket chains. Pat Conroy. Tami Hoag, Alan Furst, C.J. Box and Me! pretty good company!

The Cutting (same book, diferent cover, different publisher) comes out in the UK and British Commonwealthon January 6th. To be followed by The Chill of Night in July. Next Friday, I'll be meeting with my British publisher, Penguin UK, in London to discuss the launch and marketing and publicity. According to "The Bookseller" Penguin "is determined to build" the McCabe novels.
