Mouse In Hoodie Takes Holiday Too Seriously 🎃

In what experts are calling “an aggressive escalation in seasonal creativity,” a local glass artist and animator reportedly dropped a Halloween short featuring a hoodie-wearing mouse with a knife — and pumpkins everywhere are terrified.

The shorts began innocently enough: a quiet character study, a few pumpkins, some moody lighting. Then things took a darker turn when the mouse, without warning or provocation, started attacking a pumpkin with the confidence of someone who’s been waiting all year to lose it.

“I thought it was going to be wholesome Halloween vibes,” said one viewer. “Then he’s like ‘WHAT?! WHAT?!’ like he’s in a gas-station fight. It’s art… but also a little bit of a threat.”

Critics praised the sound design and tension. “The moment you hear screams in the distance while the mouse just stands there, you realize—this guy actually understands pacing,” said Dr. Ethan Clove, media-studies professor.

At press time, the creator was reportedly “completely normal and fine” while rendering the next episode, rumored to include a mask reveal “that’s either brilliant commentary or grounds for investigation.”

YouTube clarified that “destroying pumpkins in a cinematic context is not considered violence if it’s funny enough.” Local pumpkins declined to comment, citing ongoing trauma and lack of structural integrity.
