A few things I wish more people knew before they started trying to get pregnant (as an acupuncture fertility specialist)

Having a period every month does not mean you’re ovulating (and you can’t get pregnant without ovulation)

If you’re not tracking your ovulation, you may be missing your fertile window entirely and not know it.

You do not have to wait to see a specialist and this is especially true if you have endometriosis or PCOS. If you feel like something is off, seek support.

And, yes, your partner’s health is part of the equation. Diet, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation matter for s***m quality.
