We are excited to share a sneak peek of the renderings for this CLT modular apartment building, commissioned by our client. Designed by Green Canopy NODE, the 4-story, 33-unit apartment building in Seattle's Rainier Valley features sustainably forested CLT assembled into modules at Mercer Mass Timber's Spokane factory. These high-quality carbon negative modular living spaces emphasize full-height composite windows for abundant natural light.
Offsite production of the modules including kitchens, bathrooms, finishes, and fittings will accelerate construction while ensuring quality in controlled conditions. Once shipped to site in 2025, efficient project assembly will minimize neighborhood impact and construction time.
