📢💼 Now Hiring: Membership &Programs Manager

Oregon Pride in Business (ORPIB), the LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce serving Oregon and Southwest Washington, is seeking a systems-oriented, relationship-driven Membership & Programs Manager to support continued growth and community impact.

This 4-day/week hybrid position ($55,000–$60,000 annually with benefits) reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for executing board-approved initiatives across membership engagement, sponsorship fulfillment, and program operations.

Key Focus Areas:
• Membership recruitment and retention
• Sponsorship fulfillment and relationship management
• Program and event ex*****on
• CRM integrity and performance reporting
• Collaboration with volunteer committees
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of relevant nonprofit or association experience
• Experience managing member or donor relationships
• Event coordination experience
• Strong systems orientation and comfort tracking metrics
• Commitment to LGBTQIA2S+ inclusion
