The grand finale!! Day 30 & 31: the Control Balance and the push-up. Control balance is an advanced move- many of the previous built on this! If you want to give it a go safely, you can prop your pelvis up with a pillow and pull one leg up at a time to tabletop. Straighten your legs and scissor. With push ups, remember elbows to ribs!
