Ingredients organic
2 C.Raw Almonds buy from Spain or italy only. There are no raw almonds in the US. The Government had them all irradiated so they are not raw anymore. You can buy from Living Nutz online
1 C. Pine Nuts
3 Dates or use Liquid Stevia 1-2 drops
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp no alcohol Vanilla-alcohol f any kind doesn't belong in our body
Method
First you will need to make your two separate batches of nut milk.
Combine 2 cups of almonds with 2 cups of water, blend and strain through a nut bag.
Next combine 1 cup of pine nuts with 1 cup water, blend and strain through a nut bag.
Combine both nut milks in a blender, add 3 Medjool Dates,, Use Stevia instead. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, and 1 Tbsp Vanilla.
Blend and serve!
Note: This is a thicker and richer recipe than our regular nut milk, you can use stevia in place of the dates if you want a sugar free recipe. Unfortunately I can't add photos here. on FB new sites.

If you don't have a juicer, you can put the watermelon rind in your heavy duty blender. I have a Tribest juicer, but it isn't strong enough for watermelon rind, so I use my Via-Mix. It works well.
