Today at approximately 2:25 PM, two individuals entered our shop and became aggressive toward our staff following a payment dispute.

They paid $30 ($10 + $20) for an order totaling $21.70 and were correctly given $8.30 in change. Despite this, they falsely claimed they had given two $20 bills and demanded more money.

When our staff calmly explained the transaction, the individuals became hostile, threw objects, and created a dangerous situation inside the store.

The individuals also claimed that they live in the same building (Linden) as our business.

Video footage clearly shows the full incident, including the payment and their actions. The police have been notified, and an official report has been filed.
