Portland Songwriters Guild is entirely volunteer-run. From our board of directors to our program hosts, everything we do is powered by people in this community who care about creating pathways for songwriters to find their success.

As we continue to grow in 2026, we’re looking for more people in our community to get involved. Would you consider sharing your time, talents, or expertise with PSG this year? We’re looking for support in areas like event production, grant writing, sponsorship outreach, and community engagement—along with many other ways to help.

Over the last couple weeks songwriters across Portland have written brand new songs based off real-life breakup prompts! We’ll be gathering tomorrow night to share them. Didn’t write a breakup song off a prompt, no worries! All breakup songs are invited to the stage for our collective catharsis.

Priority on the list will be given to songs based off the 10 prompts we put out there. All ages are welcome, $5-10 suggested donation at the door. Doors/Sign-ups start at 6p!
