New OODH guide shares wellness resources!

We’ve created a Navigation Guide to Recreation and Wellness programs, services, and resources in Oregon communities. Our guide was created for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and other disabilities. We think people with disabilities, their supports, and case managers will find this guide helpful. This guide provides information about recreation and wellness resources that are usable by people with disabilities. Many resources are nominated by community members across the state. The purpose is to ease the process of navigating resources.

ID: An infographic on the OODH Navigation Guide. There is an image of the cover of the guide PDF, which features a picture of a nature trailhead with wheelchair accessible signage. The heading reads New Guide Shares Wellness Resources. Below are three bullet points about the guide. First: Provides information about recreation and wellness resources that are useable by people with disabilities. Second: Created for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and other disabilities. Third: Helps readers navigate resources. Visit the OHSU OODH website. Find the PDF under Navigating Resources. Below is the OHSU flame logo and text reads Oregon Office on Disability and Health, with Oregon being inside an outline of Oregon.

You can find our Navigation Guide PDF on our OHSU OODH website, under the Navigating Resources tab. https://www.ohsu.edu/oregon-office-on-disability-and-health/navigating-resources
