PPS Early Learners staff, families, and community proudly represented North Portland at the 61st Annual St. Johns Parade today! 💛💚
The St. Johns Parade has been a beloved North Portland tradition since the early 1960s, bringing together families, schools, community groups, bands, and local organizations to celebrate connection, culture, and community pride.
We loved showing up, celebrating our community, and representing the heart of Early Learners.
Come apply for a free preschool for your child and be a part of the PPS Early Learners family 🌟

Parent voice = power. 💬✨
Our PPS Early Learners Policy Council parent leaders are doing more than attending meetings, they’re shaping the future. They’re driving the conversation, influencing direction, and partnering with program and state leaders to ensure family voices are centered in every decision.
They advocate. They collaborate. They lead.
Because of them, our programs are stronger, more responsive, and rooted in real community needs.
Thank you, Policy Council reps, for using your voice to make a difference for our children and our community. 💛
