I love my food forest garden, here in Portland! Mulberries and artichokes are starting to ripen up, flower peddles are falling out of the trees and revealing young fruit, and abundance of food and life is everywhere! Having perennial foods in your backyard, that come back year after year, helps give some peace of mind while food supplies seem uncertain.
