Maximize the energy as best as YOU possibly can. Relax, meditate, take a walk, go for a run, get business done, eat a nice meal, go look at the stars ✨ all yourself to be in alignment of YOUR highest good.

Meditation Monday: Every Monday I do a big Binaural Beats Meditation, clearing my energy, dusting off my pineal gland and sharpening me for the coming week.

Instead of jumping up out of bed on a Monday morning, I stay in my bed, put on my big headphones, drink good coffee and just let myself be.

Sometimes I write a little, other times I count my blessings, always I am present.

You can meditate anywhere. Meditation is much less an action and more of a state of mind.
