Peak bloom continues at Silver Falls Seed Company and the flower fields are still putting on an incredible show. While our flower fields with the mountain views have now finished blooming for the season, our valley fields continue to be full of color. As one variety fades, another comes into bloom, so the landscape is constantly changing and there is still plenty to see right now.

Silverton Wildflower Tours is a guided driving tour through several blooming commercial flower seed fields on our family’s 6th generation working farm.

Standard tickets start at $89 per person, and a member of our farm family personally guides and drives each tour. Along the way, guests are able to get out at several locations to take photos, enjoy the flowers up close, and learn about Oregon agriculture, our farm’s history, and the flower seed process.

Tours need to be booked online ahead of time, and we are currently beginning and ending tours out of Bethany Charter School, 11824 Hazelgreen Rd. NE, Silverton, Oregon, through July.

Located along Oregon’s rugged south coast, Harris Beach State Park offers breathtaking ocean views, scenic trails, and miles of sandy shoreline and rocky outcroppings to explore. The park overlooks dramatic sea stacks rising from the Pacific, including the largest island off the Oregon coast.

Join Durant Annual Lavender Festival for a celebration of summer in bloom, surrounded by fragrant lavender, rolling vineyard views, and a day filled with flavor, creativity, and community.

Consisting of 14+ varieties of lavender, we use the field’s blooms for our Durant Culinary Lavender, fresh lavender bouquets, and for special craft and gardening workshops in the summer months.
