So now the City of Portland OR. will send $500,000 on benches so homeless can sleep on park benches? I do not see how that is going to help the homeless. I believe that money can be spent much wiser, especially with the “hard” winter that is approaching, according to the Farmer Almanac

With COVIDE should not the mortality rate be higher in 2020 than 2019, But it is lower,

The numbers do not add up.
