This week is Puffin Passages & Pride -- the best time of year to take one of two special tours out to see the puffins at Seal Rock with the Isle au Haut Ferry and Mailboat, to learn about puffins in an opening reception at the Deer Isle Granite Museum, to catch the opening of Opera House Arts at the Stonington Opera House's first mainstage production of the season, or to celebrate Island Pride at the Deer Isle Music Hall & Barbecue.

Our local businesses are active year round to keep our community thriving and vibrant.
