We are celebrating Portland Zine Symposium this Saturday with a Zine Social at Outlet!

Come hang out at Outlet and decompress from day one of the Portland Zine Symposium! Meet some of your fellow PZS makers, zine nerds, small presses, and other friends new and old! This event is FREE and open to everyone! Bring a friend, come make a zine and buttons, browse our zine library, donate any zines you’d like to share to Portland’s traveling Zine Bike, which will be parked in our courtyard for the night! I had no idea that I had really strong feelings about reptiles until recently. I kinda think they’re the best animals of all. So ancient. So above the bu****it. So self-loving, soaking up the sun when it feels good, reveling in their unsung superiority while rolling their eyes at the busyness of rodents & mammals. Turtles know what is important.

We loved hosting the comics certificate program tonight for a riso workshop! Such a stellar crew! Thank you for spending the evening with us! 🥳⭐️

Y’all are amazing! ☀️ We’ve been selling out of our workshops fast so we decided to add a few extra Riso Basics classes for this summer—we love that you love riso as much as we do! We’re so so excited to be doing in person classes again and summer means we can open our garage doors and soak up the sun in our dreamy courtyard! We’re still requiring masks and vaccinations for these workshops in order to keep everyone feeling as safe as possible. If you’ve been on the waitlist for any of our workshops, or haven’t been able to make a Saturday class, now is the time! We’re experimenting with offering these on a few different weekday afternoons. We’re also still offering virtual classes! We hope you can join us!!

Taking this workshop means you can take advantage of our open hours—in person printing appointments where you work with one of our knowledgeable studio assistants to experiment and realize your print projects. Come hang out and print some fun stuff with us this summer! ☀️☀️☀️
