🎉 Welcome to Hammond Associates, Katharine Libby! 🎉

We’re excited to introduce Katharine Libby, MS, CCC-SLP, who has joined Hammond Associates as a Speech-Language Pathologist!

Katharine is a licensed SLP in the state of Maine and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. She brings experience working with children across clinic and school-based settings, providing individualized, evidence-based therapy for articulation, expressive and receptive language, and pragmatic communication.

Katharine is especially passionate about collaborating with families, designing creative and engaging therapy activities, and supporting functional communication—including experience with AAC evaluations and device trials. Her background in child development and family relations, combined with her clinical expertise, makes her a wonderful addition to our multidisciplinary team.

Welcome Monique Millette, MS, OTR/L!

We’re thrilled to welcome Monique R. Millette to our team as our newest Occupational Therapist!

Monique joins us with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of New England and a strong background supporting individuals across school, clinical, and community settings. She has hands-on experience in middle school OT, skilled nursing rehabilitation, and behavioral health, bringing a well-rounded, client-centered approach to her work.

Monique is passionate about helping people build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in their daily lives. Her experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, leading evidence-based interventions, and supporting individuals with diverse needs makes her an incredible addition to our practice.

Outside of work, Monique is dedicated to community engagement and leadership, having served as Vice President of Pi Theta Epsilon, participated in mental-health advocacy projects, and volunteered at multiple local events.
