At VOXnorthwest Voice Studio, we know that great performances aren’t just built on technique—they’re built on confidence, presence, and trust in your voice.

Join us on May 5th for a powerful VOXlab workshop focused on overcoming performance anxiety. Whether your nerves show up in auditions, onstage, or even in the practice room, this session is designed to give you tools that work in real time.

Performance anxiety is something every singer faces—but with the right strategies, it can become a source of energy rather than fear.

In this workshop, singers will explore:

🎤 Techniques to manage nerves before and during performance
🎤 How to ground your body and breath under pressure
🎤 Mindset shifts that build confidence and resilience
🎤 Practical tools to stay present and connected while performing

This is a supportive, judgment-free space to better understand your nerves and learn how to work with them—not against them.

VOXlab workshops are designed to equip our singers with real-world skills that go beyond the practice room and onto the stage.

We hope you’ll join us for an empowering evening of growth, courage, and artistry.
