📌 From wait-lists to access: Staley helped make Oregon one of the few states without an I/DD services wait-list.

Fifteen years ago this month, the terms of Staley v. Kitzhaber - the lawsuit that ultimately created brokerages and in-home services for adults with developmental disabilities in Oregon - were successfully implemented.

In just ten years, Support Services Brokerages had enrolled 7,000 people across the state, effectively clearing the wait-list for in-home services!
