We love when our Saturday Academy community shows up in unexpected places.

This weekend, one of our team members got to go on a tour with Slabtown Tours after winning a gift certificate in a seed spinner raffle! Thank you, Tanya, co-founder of Slabtown Tours, for the generous donation.

On the tour, Rey found out that Tanya is a longtime friend of Saturday Academy. She used to lead weekly walking tours for our summer camp students and her kids are SA alum!

In celebration of ‘Afterschool Professionals Appreciation Week’, we are highlighting our Adventures in Art residency at Edwards Elementary School in Newberg, OR!
