Will rate cuts from the Fed be the reinvigorating boost the U.S. housing market needs?

The housing market was BOOMING and Americans were able to live the American dream of homeownership in 2016-17-18-19 ; even during COVID. Then the feds thought it smart to raise the rates due to failed economic growth and the highest inflation in 40 years.

So, will rate cuts help ? My prediction is "a little". The cuts will be small increments but I dont see them heading back down to 4 years ago when rates were 2.75-3.75 vs today 6.75 or more....
BUT yes, a little.
