Our experience is that once someone gets sugared…they rarely go back to the world of waxing! We agree, sugaring is superior! A few reasons why:
It hurts less: It still hurts! You’re extracting hair. But sugar isn’t hot like wax, and it does not stick to the skin like wax does. This means less skin pain, and no burning.
Sugar is all natural: Sugar paste is made of sugar, lemon and water— that’s it!
Fewer ingrown hairs: we extract in the direction of growth, rather than against. This means less chance for breakage!

If you aren’t familiar with what brow lamination is, it’s similar to the lash lift in that it relaxes the hair in order to manipulate it into the shape you want. Here’s a little bit about me- I attended Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics and I am a proud first generation Mexican-American, born and raised in Oregon. I'm the youngest out of 4, I'm obsessed with any big dog I encounter, I’m a proud coffee addict & I love anything and everything that has to do with feeling your best self! Growing up, I was (still am) in-love with all things beauty. There were many times when my mom would find me in the bathroom late at night putting on crazy eyeshadow and bright lipstick. I’ve always been so amazed with how empowered one feels after they have a new fresh set of lashes, freshly-polished brows, or after a rejuvenating facial. To me, esthetics is more than performing a service, it's helping others feel confident and radiant in their own skin. As an esthetician, I take a lot of pride in the quality of work my clients receive from me everytime I see them. It’s been enlightening to be a small part of someone's day and be able make such a great impact on them from then on. I absolutely love what I do and I can’t wait to meet you!
