For more than seven generations, the Ly family has been distilling alcohol to honor ancestors, celebrate, heal and enjoy.

Today, the Ly family is continuing its long-standing legacy by distilling high-quality, gluten-free rice spirits in Portland, Oregon.

Vinn Distillery is a family owned and operated distillery based in Portland, Oregon. It’s a minority and women-owned business that creates baijiu, rice vodka, rice whiskey, blackberry liquor and a wide range of seasonal and special-release products in its Wilsonville, Oregon distillery.

Vinn’s signature product is Vinn Baijiu. Unknown to many North American consumers, baijiu is actually the world’s most commonly consumed liquor by volume.
