Today, May 5 is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP). This evening, OCC will light our spires and crescent in red to raise awareness of this crisis.

We're building on our success in 2023 as the first convention center to partner with a reuse service provider, and we're excited to take the next step in 2025!
In collaboration with Bold Reuse, Levy Restaurants, and PepsiCo, the Oregon Convention Center (OCC) is expanding our waste diversion efforts by introducing reusable soda cups and food baskets at our primary restaurants and cafes. This new initiative will double the volume of reusables at OCC, reinforcing our commitment to making sustainable, reusable solutions accessible in high-traffic event spaces.
