The Leasing Office will be closing at 3:30 p.m. the day before Independence Day, July 3rd, and we will be closed on Independence Day, July 4th. We will reopen Sunday, July 5th, at 10:00 am, with normal office hours open until 5:30 pm. Have a great holiday weekend!

Summer Grilling Reminders
•Only electric grills or grills that use one-pound propane cylinders are permitted.
•Grills that use larger propane cylinders are not allowed.
•Approved grills must be used outdoors and kept well away from combustible building surfaces.
•Charcoal, wood pellet, ethanol, and other open-flame grills are not permitted.
•Food smokers, torches, fire pits, and other open-flame devices are not allowed.
•The only exception is for balconies or decks protected by an automatic fire suppression sprinkler system.
•If the landlord has provided grills in common areas, residents may use them.
•Please follow all applicable codes and regulations related to grill use.
