Young Track athletes… if you get more sleep and maintain better nutrition YOU WILL PERFORM BETTER… Might not run as fast as @_quincy_wilson but you will put yourself in a position to get better and to reach your full potential If you are coming to school tired, you are coming to practice tired and you will end up burning out before the season ends Should be getting AT LEAST 8 HOURS sleep on average… How are you doing with sleeping habits?
