Bodytalk is an incredibly precise energy medicine modality that is here to revolutionize healing. The system is anchored in the body which is so important because our bodies are our vessels. Our bodies store unprocessed experiences, memories, emotions, traumas and bodytalk allows us to find where they are stored and release them to create harmony.

Bodytalk doesn’t see you as a simple entity but rather the true complex, every evolving human that you are. It helps us identify the story that is creating the imbalance that you are experiencing (whatever that is). Anything from migraines, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, etc. These imbalances are not coincidental nor unhealable. When we take the time to speak to the body and unravel it all, the body will naturally go back into homeostasis because that is what it is always looking for.

You have innate wisdom in your body. Bodytalk allows us to tap into it and ask “how can I help you?” and “what are you trying to tell me?” and “tell me everything, I am listening.”

Bodytalk reminds us that we have the power to heal when we listen. It reminds us we are not victims to our bodies but rather co creative partners with it.

The advanced bodytalk that I am certified in leaves nothing out or to questions. We can go deep into different brain structures or we can work with the organ systems and their respective consciousness. We can uncover repressed memories that will free us from suffering. We can work on the hydration of the body and tap back into thriving. But we don’t do any of this randomly, we are working thoroughly and uncovering *why* these things need to be brought into balance. Bodytalk gives us the *why*.

I have worked with clients where we have healed 5 years of debilitating digestive issues in 1 session. I have seen tumors dissolved in 3 sessions and miraculous clean scans. I have worked with clients through the journey of chemotherapy and they didn’t get any side effects. I have helped clients sleep for the first time in 10 years after suffering from insomnia. I have personally healed from chronic auric migraines and a near death experience with this modality.

Because the body wants to heal and when we listen, move energy and release the old, miracles happen.

this has been happening behind the scenes for so long (really 2ish years) but so much has had to untangle, be seen and truly, a lot of radical honesty and responsibility had to take place for me to be in the right space to bring this in.

after working as an energy healer for over 8 years and owning 3 successful businesses since I was 18, I noticed such a huge gap in both worlds.

in the healing / spiritual / soul gift world - there was so many belief systems anchored in lack around money, wealth, abundance, charging for your gifts, owning a business successfully and being seen in it all.

in the business world - there was a lack of... soul. all about making more money, faster, easier and without a thought of integrity.

of course this isn't a black and white subject by any means but as I lived and walked in both worlds, this was shown to me in various degrees over and over.

and for the past 4 years, I have been bridging these worlds and holy s**t, is it a lot of work!! so many limiting beliefs, so many things we don't even realize we are doing, so many things that sneak up on us and layers upon layers.

after all these years, something I know to be true is this: energy isn't everything, but it is always first.

I have seen the people with the best marketing and funnels and programs not receive because they didn't think that they were worthy, good enough or ready. (all internal and energetics)

I have seen people not have any marketing, funnels or programs and make over 6 figures just through word of mouth because they knew what they wanted deeply and were open. (energetics)

you can have the best of the best but if your energy isn't on board, it won't work. you may receive it but it won't be at the highest level or it may cost you deeper things, like your values and integrity.

when we work with the energetics first, we are working smarter not harder. when we work with the energetics we are floating down stream rather than forcing ourselves against the current.

I have been feeling a pull to share more of my personal (+business) journey for awhile now. but it’s funny because I feel like I move so quickly when I do move, that I forget to even share most of it. but working on it 🙃

something that I teach in The Miracle Framework is about not just manifesting on a whim, by the seat of your pants and from a lack place that burns out your nervous system. I teach this because it is something that I have shifted in the last year and the ripple effect has been profound.

there’s been a deep desire and implantation in my business and life around grounded systems. a few years ago it was realllly fun for me to manifest large sums of money. I did it often and it was thrilling and an important piece of developing my money consciousness, my inner trust with my energy and updated my understanding of my bandwidth and what I was capable of.

as the seasons have shifted, consistency is sexy af. just like crazy money flying into my world used to be. the thing is, big money is beautifully welcomed still but I have a solid knowing on what is coming, how it is coming and have created the most fertile ground for miracles to land on.

the shift of inconsistent into consistent has been a game changer to the way I move in business, my nervous system regulation and how I create. more solid, more grounded, more intentional and therefore my creations are more clear, elevated and precise.

I love this season so much. working behind the scenes to implement more systems like funnels, ads and automation to nourish my people while I sleep is the vibe. freeing up my time so that I can create new. allowing my past self to nourish my future self. it’s the vibe.
