This design features a bold use of color inspired by Sydney's favorite color and sentimental Coldplay lyrics, and pairs perfectly with the deep blues of the ocean and the effortless beauty of Crete.

Sydney, a makeup artist by trade and owner of , stunned in a romantic, off-the-shoulder gown with a dramatic lace veil, later changing into a shimmering sequin number for a celebratory champagne tower.

A landmark year for Tablescapes Event Rentals - and one we are incredibly proud to champion.

From national press to market expansion, 2025 marked a defining chapter for the brand as they continue elevating event design across the Midwest and beyond.

Last season, CEO John Mlynski was honored by Modern Luxury Chicago as an Innovative Leader, celebrating his vision for technology-forward growth, customer-centered service, and the evolution of one of the region’s most design-driven rental houses.

Tablescapes opened their new Milwaukee showroom, giving planners a beautifully curated space to source linens, tabletop, seating, and specialty rentals - while becoming active members of the Milwaukee NACE chapter and strengthening ties with the local creative community.

They were also featured in standout editorial moments, including a stunning BRIDES feature at the Chicago Field Museum and an old-world–inspired editorial in British Vanity Fair with .

This year brought notable creative work across Chicago and the Milwaukee area - from the architectural elegance of the Old Post Office to the immersive Team Lichen & Luxe installation - along with a beautifully executed real wedding at Yerkes Observatory, further showcasing Tablescapes’ range and design versatility as they expanded into the Milwaukee market.

Every activation reflects what planners know and love most about Tablescapes: a deep commitment to design, a thoughtfully curated inventory, and a team that approaches every project with collaboration, creativity, and hospitality at the forefront.
