Last month I held an intimate nature meditation retreat (NM)— five days of contemplation, meandering, rest, and awe. Throughout our time together we explored resilience as a living force of beauty, mystery, strength, and comfort.

I’m still metabolizing, I’m still in awe. I’m still meandering and resting. Much gratitude to the folks who joined me and Ghost Ranch, and also to the land.

When we can push pause on trying to “clean up” each other’s muddy corners and instead bear witness to the whole ecosystem of a person’s life—the shadows and light, the growth and decay—we create the conditions for true belonging.
