This is who we are. This is Rich Bloom. Rich is one part ringleader and one part technician. Anyone who knows Rich knows that he is the the last person to put himself above others. Rich is the humanity in our mission: To build with our community in mind.
Truly, Rich is who we are. He is the Founder and Principal of FIN Builders Co. With the vision to start a construction firm of peerless talent that can personalize an often impersonal and disconnected building process, he challenges his team’s idea of what is possible everyday.
Rich is also the one in the room laughing the most. Because, if you aren’t enjoying yourself, you are in the wrong place. This is our place. This is who we are.

To celebrate the kick off of FIN officially and to get the opportunity to introduce you to our cadre of amazingly talented employees, we are having an Open House/Office Warming Party on Saturday, the 26th from 6PM - 10PM-ish.
