The Local Cow in Gresham was one of the first restaurants that offered our GF bun back in the early days of our business. They still do a great job preparing and serving a Jensen's Better Bun! I have personally eaten there without symptoms or incident. (Not a dedicated kitchen) They are located at 36 N Main Ave, Gresham, OR 97030.

Good Monday! I can't believe we have been is business for 13 years! Over the weekend I found several pictures of Debbie and I in 2009 experimenting with recipe development in our kitchen at home! We were determined for sure! Thanks to all who have helped us along the way.

Good Friday to you! Another wonderful gluten-friendly restaurant located in Gresham is Spinellas. If you are looking for a super fun night out or better yet a date night, Spinellas has you covered. Once again not a dedicated kitchen, but very knowledgeable of best practices. As many of you know I am celiac. I have never had a reaction. They have an amazing menu, and a cocktail assortment you won't believe! Gluten Free Pasta is one of their specialities! Oh did I mention Karaoke and live music?
